Education is not the same today. Schools have to constantly keep updating their teaching pedagogy to keep pace with the ever-changing global trends. The teacher-taught equation is not the same today. It is not only about imparting or gaining knowledge. What matters today is the application of knowledge and its productiveness in leading a successful life. More than the information provider, a teacher needs to be a counselor, a friend, a motivator and above all a role model. The teachers undergo regular appraisals and are sensitized toward the onerous responsibility of educating these children who can be more correctly called netizens.
Therefore, we, at St. Paul’s consistently endeavor to make our students worldly-wise and adaptable. Along with mental robustness, it is important for a student to be emotionally strong. Today’s dynamic lifestyle with too much dependence on technology has impacted students negatively. Lack of parental supervision and exposure to violence and other vices of society has made our students emotionally unstable. Thus it is imperative for us to nurture the IQ as well as the EQ by providing a caring and stimulating learning environment.
The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi. The Council has statutory recognition from the Government of India as one of the main All India school Examination bodies.
In a span of 45 years, St. Paul’s Academy has earned a distinctive identity and I feel humbled by the recognition that has been bestowed upon this institution. I thank all patrons and well-wishers for their best wishes and overwhelming support. In this school, education is imparted in totality. It is not just training of the faculties of mind but the transformation of a child’s personality into a keen scholar with a human touch. The Academic and Administrative staff at the school strive to provide a very positive, vibrant, and safe environment to the students. The safety and happiness of all students have been, and shall always be, of utmost importance to us.
We continue to pursue our mission of providing value-based education to all our students and to fulfill our moral obligation to the society to create citizens who are not only well informed and well groomed but also well equipped to use their knowledge and skills for the welfare and progress of the society and ultimately the nation. The excellent results over the years speak of the dedication and diligence of the staff and the motivation and support of the parents.
